Vendors, community groups, makers, demonstrator, and local groups are all what make Common Ground Festival come alive!
Our unique Community Fair and Food Hub adds an interactive element to the Festival! Not only can our visitors find something to eat and drink, and beautiful items for sale, but they are immersed into a lively fair environment with artisans and vendors, community groups, and talented individuals sharing their skills and expertise through demonstrations and conversations with our audience.

Where market style meets expo! The Common Ground Festival is an immersive experience. Our festival is growing and we expect over 450 guests to join us this year.
Each group receives a 10’x10’ designated area within the hub (let us know if you need more) to create an exciting, inviting, educational experience or offering within the Community Fair and Food Hub.
We are looking for…
Food and beverage vendors
Vendors with items or services for sale
Community groups or talented individuals with skills to demonstrate
We prioritize community-rooted, local, sustainable options whereever possible, which includes small-scale food vendors who use support local agriculture, use whole food ingredients, and make their food from scratch.
We ask that all of our vendors create an educational opportunity for our audience as well as their wares for sale.

Each food / beverage vendors receives a 10’ x 10’ footprint. You are required to provide:
HKPR Health Unit approval
copy of your valid Food Handler Certificate
Insurance
A tent, table, and all of your necessary equipment as well as service needs (plates, bowls, , beverage containers, cutlery, etc.)
Garbage and recycling must be managed by the vendor
Manage your own sales and stock
Leave your site as you found it.
We prioritize best fit for the festival.

Create an inviting and interactive demonstration of your skill or passion
